Taylor Bros will be operating under Alert Level 3, under strict protocols. We will ensure that our operation is ‘contactless’ and follows Ministry Guidelines.
Please note:
Yard Sales/pick-ups:
- Both the Tauranga and Katikati yards will be open from 28th April.
- Where possible, please call prior to coming to the sites – Tauranga 07 579 4888, Katikati 07 549 0311. Our Dispatchers will explain our processes, and can work with you on the best time for pick-up.
- When you arrive, there will be signs that explain how to follow our protocols. You will be asked to phone the office, and please REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE at all times.
- Payments for cash sales will be by Credit Card only – we will request your number over the phone. Payment is contactless. Have your details ready.
- Our loadscan will not be in operation during this Alert Level 3.
Deliveries:
- Please call our Dispatchers Tauranga 07 579 4888, Katikati 07 549 0311
- We will arrange delivery under our new protocols.
- Note that our drivers will not be exiting their cab, so please ensure you are on-site should any gates need opening etc.
- We will not be sharing paperwork and exchanging dockets.
